Divine Package, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, delivers packages and smiles to people within our community every day. We’re looking for motivated, enthusiastic, customer-focused team players who want to join our team to deliver Amazon packages. What does a Delivery Associate do?
- Loads Vans every morning (225-275+ packages)
- Delivers packages to houses, mobile home parks, apartments, and businesses
- Commonly works 4-5 days a week
- Typical working days are 10-hour
- Follows strict safety standards on and off the road
- Interacts with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
- Supports rescue deliveries to help the team if needed
Qualifications:
- Must be 21+ and have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record (CDL not required).
- Pass a driving record check and consent to a drug test.
- Must be able to keep the delivery vehicle clean, fueled, and in good operating condition at all times.
- Must be able to move boxes up to 70 lbs (don’t worry – most packages are lighter than that!)
- Must be able to easily get in and out of the van & complete beginning and end of shift van inspection.
- Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with customers.
- Use handheld technology to deliver customer packages, manage delivery progress, and solve obstacles.
- Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road.
- Be available to work weekdays and alternating weekends.
- Must be able to get in and out of a van frequently, walk up and downstairs (in all types of weather).
